An additional fee is charged for early check-in before 14:00 and late check-out after 12:00. The possibility of early check-in and late check-out must be specified at the hotel in advance.
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the placement and registration of Russian citizens (with the exception of residents of foreign states) is allowed only upon presentation of the original passport of the Russian Federation. To register at the hotel, foreign citizens must present an original international passport, a visa (if required by the country's migration policy) and an original migration card.

The Lesnaya by Safmar hotel (ex-Holiday Inn Moscow Lesnaya) provides the opportunity to stay with pets. Guide dogs are accommodated at no extra charge.
Pets are allowed with prior confirmation from the hotel booking service reservations@hi-mole.ru. The weight limit of cats and dogs is 5 kg. The cost is 1,000 rubles per night. Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of 5,000 rubles is charged.
