An additional fee is charged for early check-in before 14:00 and late check-out after 12:00. The possibility of early check-in and late check-out must be specified at the hotel in advance.
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the placement and registration of Russian citizens (with the exception of residents of foreign states) is allowed only upon presentation of the original passport of the Russian Federation. To register at the hotel, foreign citizens must present an original international passport, a visa (if required by the country's migration policy) and an original migration card.
- Children under 14 years old are registered at the hotel on the basis of passports of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or other persons accompanying these minors. Originals of the children birth certificates should also be provided during check-in.
- An accompanying person should also provide a notarized permition or a not notirized minor hotel accommodation consent letter from a child's parents (adoptive parents, guardians).
- Accommodation of children of the age between 14 y.o. and 18 y.o. travelling without an accompanying person is carried out strictly upon the provision of a notarized original of the permition letter or a not notarized hotel accommodation consent letter from either parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or other legal representatives of these minors.

The Lesnaya by Safmar hotel (ex-Holiday Inn Moscow Lesnaya) provides the opportunity to stay with pets. Guide dogs are accommodated at no extra charge.
Pets are allowed with prior confirmation from the hotel booking service reservations@hi-mole.ru. The weight limit of cats and dogs is 10 kg. The cost of staying with pets under 5 kg is 2,000 rubles per night, under 10 kg is 4,000 rubles per night. Upon check-in, a refundable deposit of 6,000 rubles is charged.
